About the position

The Workers Compensation Account Executive at PAM Health Specialty Hospital of San Antonio Medical Center is responsible for managing client partnerships and fostering relationships with referral sources. This role involves a collaborative approach to assess and coordinate care for individuals and families, ensuring quality and cost-effective health outcomes. The position requires proactive engagement in business development and marketing efforts to expand the hospital's client base.

Responsibilities

• Use a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and advocacy for health needs.
• Proactively initiate new client partnerships and cultivate relationships with prospective clients.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with key referral sources within PAM Health's referring entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
• At least two years of clinical experience in acute care (nursing, respiratory, therapy) preferred.
• Two years of proven successful sales/marketing experience preferred.
