About the position

The Workers Compensation Account Executive at PAM Health is responsible for managing client relationships and promoting the hospital's services to prospective clients. This role involves a collaborative approach to assess and meet the health needs of individuals and families, ensuring quality and cost-effective outcomes. The position requires proactive engagement in initiating new partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with key referral sources.

Responsibilities

  • Use a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and advocacy for health services.
  • Proactively initiate new client partnerships and cultivate durable relationships with prospective clients.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with key referral sources within PAM Health's referring entities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
  • At least two years of clinical experience in acute care (nursing, respiratory, therapy) preferred.
  • Two years of proven successful sales/marketing experience preferred.
