About the position

Northern Colorado law firm is seeking an experienced full-time Workers' Compensation Attorney and/or Paralegal to join their team. This role involves providing legal support and representation in workers' compensation cases, ensuring clients receive the necessary assistance and guidance throughout the legal process.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation and advice in workers' compensation cases.
• Draft legal documents and pleadings related to workers' compensation claims.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other parties involved in cases.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary.

Requirements

• Experience in workers' compensation law as an attorney or paralegal.
• Strong understanding of legal procedures and documentation related to workers' compensation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with case management software.
• Knowledge of Colorado workers' compensation laws.
