A prominent law firm in Orange, CA is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to manage cases and provide exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers' compensation law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle a full caseload from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Manage cases and prepare discovery, file motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures, and negotiate settlements.
- Communicate with assigned clients at least every 30 days.
- Handle a full caseload, working files from start to finish, making appearances, conducting depositions, and ensuring files move towards resolution.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience handling workers' compensation cases preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Related insurance claims experience is a plus.
- Subrogation/Civil Litigation experience is a plus, but not required.
- Lien experience is a plus, but not required.
