Responsibilities
- Represent clients in Workers' Compensation cases throughout California.
- Provide legal representation in subrogation matters related to workers' compensation claims.
- Prepare and present cases in court, including depositions and trials.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations in workers' compensation matters.
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.
Requirements
- Valid State Bar license in good standing.
- Experience in Workers' Compensation law as a defense or applicant attorney is preferred.
- Recent Bar passers will also be considered.
