About the position

The Workers Compensation Case Manager/Paralegal at Rawa Law Group is responsible for managing a large caseload of workers' compensation cases from start to finish. This role requires immediate assistance in overseeing case management, filing, and medical work for injured clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy law firm environment, specifically handling applicant cases, and must be fluent in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a large caseload of workers' compensation cases.
• Handle filing and medical work for injured clients.
• Prepare, review, and file Workers' Compensation documents.
• Familiarize with EAMS and Workers Comp legal terminology.
• Schedule depositions and cross-examinations of doctors/experts.
• Prepare physical files for hearings and trials.
• Identify and resolve pending issues on WC cases.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
