This position is essential in providing comprehensive legal support to our attorneys, ensuring that all legal processes are handled efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing critical documents, coordinating meetings, and maintaining attorney calendars to prevent conflicts and ensure timely responses to legal matters. In this role, you will be tasked with generating draft templates for various legal documents, assembling medical packets for expert review, and processing documentation in a paperless environment. You will also be responsible for communicating with various stakeholders, including clients, witnesses, and court personnel, to facilitate smooth legal operations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in managing competing deadlines and maintaining data integrity within our document management system. Additionally, you will provide backup support for office operations, including answering phone calls, greeting guests, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
