Bachus & Schanker, LLC is seeking a dedicated Workers Compensation Paralegal to join their team in Englewood, CO. This full-time, in-office position focuses on providing exceptional support to clients and attorneys in the workers' compensation field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, positive, and possess a strong work ethic, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Extensive contact with clients, insurance companies, and other law firms
• Familiarity with medical records
• Assist with cases from sign up through resolution
• Gather and analyze information relevant to the case
• Extensive review and knowledge of each case
• Maintain contact with clients on a consistent basis
• Docketing and calendaring
• Organization and maintenance of case files
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication and written skills

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and legal software
• Time management, professional communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team-based structure
• Experience in a law firm setting preferred
• Experience with Workers Compensation cases preferred
