About The Position

The Workforce Analyst plays a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing the operational performance of customer service agents. This position involves real-time data tracking, reporting, and resource allocation to ensure that operational metrics are met efficiently. The Workforce Analyst will also support the Workforce Management application and may assist in training staff, all while working under moderate supervision.
