About the position

The Workforce and Organizational Redesign Consultant at North Highland is responsible for leading workforce transformation initiatives for clients, particularly focusing on organizational restructuring. This role involves collaborating with senior clients to design and implement strategies that enhance workforce engagement and operational efficiency, leveraging expertise in workforce design and transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Influence senior clients using knowledge of workforce transformation strategy and design.
  • Collaboratively design strategies and align leaders to manage project scope in ambiguous environments.
  • Deliver desired business outcomes and high-quality deliverables in workforce transformation initiatives.
  • Work closely with other Strategy Practice colleagues to provide integrated solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional, hands-on experience in workforce transformation at an established consultancy or in an HR/People function.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading large, complex consulting engagements.
  • Experience in organization and operating model redesign, people strategy, upskilling/reskilling, HR transformation, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Proficiency in practical tools and methodologies for workforce engagement and employee experience strategy development.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with outsourcing and requirements gathering.
  • History of delivering projects across various workforce transformation initiatives.
