Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing assessments for nine federal government offices.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work processes.
• Leverage data to make informed business decisions.
• Participate in team problem-solving efforts.
• Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.
• Expand consulting skills through training and mentoring.
• Develop a structured approach for risk identification and mitigation.
• Coordinate actions to mitigate risks and communicate across the organization.
• Provide recommendations for alternative suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, engineering, analytics, or related field.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required clearances.
• 1+ years of consulting experience or relevant industry experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
• Adept with MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.

Nice-to-haves

• 1+ years of experience in federal health supply chain.
