The Workforce Career Coach - Youth position at Eckerd Connects is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people aged 16 to 24. In addition to administrative responsibilities, the Career Coach will engage in community activities that promote participant development. This includes delivering skills training in software applications, work readiness, and basic remedial skills in math and reading. The role also involves developing presentation and facilitation skills to effectively engage participants and help them meet program goals. A key aspect of the job is job development, which entails building relationships with training providers and community organizations to enhance the program's offerings and support the success of participants.
