As a Workforce Career Coach at Eckerd Connects in Laurens, South Carolina, you will play a pivotal role in guiding participants through their career development journey. A significant aspect of your job will involve delivering skills training in software applications, work readiness skills, and basic remedial skills in math and reading. You will also develop your presentation and facilitation skills to effectively engage students and help them meet program goals. Job development is another key responsibility, where you will connect with employers and community organizations regularly to market the program and enhance the success of participants.
