Job development is a key aspect of this role, requiring frequent connections with employers and community organizations to market the program and support participant success. The Career Coach must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding a related bachelor's degree. A minimum of three years of relevant work experience is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online database tracking systems. A valid state driver's license is also necessary for business-related driving.
