Responsibilities

• Design workforce structures that balance efficiency, morale, and performance.
• Develop detailed headcount forecasts based on historical trends and future needs.
• Support decision-making on org design strategies or scaling operations.
• Work closely with department leads to align staffing needs with business objectives.
• Forecast OPEX costs related to headcount and provide insights on strategic workforce decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
• Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translating the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
• Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
• Experience presenting to senior leadership
• Experience in business-process design or equivalent
