About the position

The Workforce Development Manager at Faith Technologies Inc. is responsible for managing a manpower pool of 50-100 employees, ensuring that current and future workforce needs are met while developing improvements to existing processes. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as a commitment to employee development and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage a manpower pool of 50-100 employees.
• Involved in the hiring process and meet with new hires during onboarding.
• Meet with Project Managers weekly to review manpower needs.
• Communicate with internal manpower resources to review projected manpower.
• Assist with planning, organizing, and staffing construction projects.
• Act as a coach and developer of talent, selecting and training individuals.
• Mentor new employees and maintain management relationships.
• Improve the quality of field personnel by keeping certifications current and increasing training awareness.
• Develop, administer, and oversee employee performance evaluation processes.
• Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, employee relations, and related topics.
• Visit job sites to interact with crew, customers, and contractors to ensure job progress and safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 to 4 years of progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction industry, or an Associate Degree with 6 months to 1 year of experience.
• Experience working with people with disabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
