About the position
The Workforce Development/OSHA Facilitator at Eastern Kentucky University is a part-time role focused on assisting staff and instructors in delivering training programs. This position involves facilitating online classrooms, proctoring tests, producing teaching materials, and setting up classrooms for in-person training, all while ensuring excellent customer service to students. The role allows for partial remote work, requiring a reliable internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Assist WDCE staff and instructors with the classes via direct facilitation and assistance with the classroom environment.
- Assist WDCE staff with the production of course materials or setup of virtual instructor-led classes utilizing the learning management system.
- Assist WDCE staff with clerical responsibilities related to training, including filing course sign-in sheets and student evaluations.
- Assist the WDCE unit with other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma.

- Experience with learning management systems.
