About The Position
The Workforce Development Trainer at Rosendin is responsible for facilitating workforce development initiatives across various project sites. This role includes onboarding new hires, conducting skills assessments, and providing both hands-on and classroom training in electrical skills. The trainer will work closely with Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
