Your role will also involve collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to implement streamlined processes and workflow, leading annual staffing processes, and participating in the development and revision of assigned department web pages and human resources policies. You will keep current on changes and trends in human resource administration and technologies, attending in-services, conferences, and workshops as necessary.
