About The Position
The Workforce Management Analyst at Figure is responsible for optimizing workforce schedules and ensuring efficient resource allocation to meet service-level objectives. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in scheduling and real-time adherence (RTA) to enhance operational efficiency within the Customer Operations team. The analyst will utilize workforce management tools to monitor adherence to schedules, make real-time staffing adjustments, and provide insights for process improvements.
