In this position, the Regional Sales Manager will partner with industry professionals to gather market feedback and drive rapid market growth. They will implement strategic sales plans that align with both regional and corporate goals, ensuring that sales personnel are well-informed about the company's industry-leading products and services. The manager will also be responsible for training and developing the skills of sales representatives, monitoring key activity metrics, and delivering performance evaluations to ensure that sales programs are effectively executed.
