About the position

The Workplace Experience Community Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the workplace environment for associates by implementing a workplace experience program. This position focuses on leveraging technology, workplace design, and services to improve associate engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will be hospitality-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to support facilities management in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high touch support to associates in the workplace, including tools, support, information, and wayfinding for safe office return.
  • Act as the first line of response to technology and facility-related concerns, troubleshoot issues, and follow up as required.
  • Regularly assess space readiness, ensuring workspaces, conference rooms, and offices are safe and ready for associates.
  • Support associates transitioning to and working within an unassigned and oversubscribed environment, including equipment and process support.
  • Address complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions from associates, conducting follow-ups as needed.
  • Obtain voice of the customer (quantitative and qualitative) to capture service needs and share information with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Help support return to work safety guidelines, best practices, and standards for employees and service teams.

Requirements

  • Four-year college/university degree or minimum high school degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in real estate services, travel/hospitality, retail, or change management.
  • Comfortable corresponding with executive level clients and interacting with individuals at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, confident, self-starter with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Maintain a proactive 'can do' mentality with the ability to act with minimal information.
  • Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to use a laptop, mobile device, and wireless technologies.
