About the position

The Workplace Experience Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the operational and administrative functions of the office. This position involves scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and assisting with marketing materials and client presentations, ensuring a seamless workplace experience.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and conferences
  • Support calendaring and coordinate travel
  • Review marketing materials and ensure brand consistency
  • Coordinate the completion of property information packages
  • Assist with special administrative projects, RFPs, and graphics updates for client meetings and presentations
  • Perform other relevant administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is required
  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality experience are required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • InDesign experience is a plus
