About the position

The Workplace Experience Coordinator will provide essential administrative support and coordination for the delivery of Workplace Services within a Fortune 500 Real Estate company. This role focuses on inventory supply management, customer service, and maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring a seamless workplace experience for employees.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination and administrative support for Workplace Services delivery.
  • Manage inventory supply and utilize work order systems.
  • Assist with badging needs and serve as concierge reception/switchboard.
  • Coordinate conference and meeting room logistics.
  • Support the Workplace Experience team with expense management and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain databases and digital tools related to service delivery.
  • Attend move meetings and coordinate all moves with client contacts.
  • Respond to customer requests and complaints regarding Workplace Experience services.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with insurance and contractual documentation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of related experience in Front Desk, Concierge, Hospitality, Room Management, or Customer Service roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
