About the position

The Workplace Experience & Occupancy Leader will drive JLL's global strategy in workplace optimization, employee experience, and occupancy management. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing strategies that align with the organization's vision and goals, ensuring high-quality workplace experiences across all regions while maximizing operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global occupancy planning and workplace experience strategy.
  • Ensure the implementation of Occupancy and Experience (OE) Standards across all divisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate workplace strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Lead global initiatives to optimize space utilization and enhance employee experience.
  • Spearhead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies in occupancy planning and workplace design.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to create smart, connected workplaces.
  • Anticipate future trends in work patterns and develop proactive strategies.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of the global real estate portfolio.
  • Develop and implement global occupancy standards and guidelines.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT leaders to create seamless workplace experiences.
  • Establish global KPIs and metrics for occupancy planning and workplace experience.
  • Leverage advanced analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global team of workplace strategists and planners.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related business field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate or workplace strategy.
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing global workplace strategies.
  • Strong understanding of global real estate markets and workplace technologies.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making.
