About the position

Fortinet is seeking a facility professional to manage day-to-day operations of its facilities, ensuring a pleasant, healthy, efficient, and safe working environment. This role involves both hard and soft facility services, collaboration with various internal departments, and oversight of projects related to space planning and asset procurement.

Responsibilities

• Organize the day-to-day facility operations.
• Manage hard facility services including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems.
• Oversee soft facility services such as cleaning, reception, security, and waste management.
• Participate in Environmental and Health and Safety Management (ISO 14001 and 45001).
• Coordinate and procure facility assets like furniture and office supplies.
• Drive operational efficiency within the organization and with partners.
• Collaborate with staff in locations without a physical presence to address issues.
• Partner with IT, HR, Finance, and Procurement for effective service delivery.
• Oversee projects related to space planning, renovations, and relocations.
• Review, approve, and dispute invoices related to facility operations.
• Plan and support site events following company guidelines.
• Recommend improvements based on lessons learned.
• Stay updated on market trends in real estate and facility design.
• Support crisis management and business continuity plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facility management and maintenance.
• Strong people skills and ability to collaborate with various departments.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
• Experience in managing both hard and soft facility services.
