About the position

The Workplace Services Program Manager at Intuitive Surgical is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the workplace environment across the Eastern US Region. This role focuses on enhancing employee experience through effective management of workplace services, including corporate dining, mail services, wellness spaces, and transportation solutions. The Program Manager will engage with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence and employee satisfaction, while also managing vendor relationships and operational oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee experience programs at sites in the Eastern US region, including corporate dining and coffee programs, onsite mail services, branded merchandise offerings, wellness and amenities spaces, meetings, events, and transportation solutions.
  • Walk the facilities regularly with IFM partners to ensure services meet standards and submit work orders as necessary.
  • Drive service level excellence by managing suppliers and holding them accountable to established SLAs and KPIs.
  • Communicate service level objectives effectively to both on-site and remote staff.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and security procedures.
  • Provide program updates and reports to stakeholders and executive leadership as needed.
  • Lead daily activities to ensure a functional, efficient, and safe working environment across all facilities.
  • Manage vendor service contracts, performance reviews, and RFP processes.
  • Plan and budget for facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, and materials.
  • Utilize technology to enhance task performance and operational efficiency.
  • Manage employee communications and collect feedback to develop solutions based on data.
  • Review program financials regularly to ensure spending aligns with budgeted amounts and address variances with suppliers.
  • Track and report on sustainability initiatives to align with corporate social responsibility goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or minimum 6 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities/employee programs.
  • Advanced ability to review and interpret data, particularly financials from suppliers.
  • Excellent business judgment and strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a commitment to employee well-being and superior customer service.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Archibus preferred.
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented corporate environment.
  • Capacity to travel independently to various sites across the Eastern US Region.
