About the position

The IT Workplace Solutions Analyst at Brooks Sports, Inc. is responsible for supporting day-to-day workplace solution services, focusing on end-user services. This role involves executing specific tasks and projects that enable employees to effectively collaborate and perform their roles using technology. Key responsibilities include managing hardware and software configurations, resolving technology issues, and continuously improving workplace solutions to enhance employee productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver workplace solution services including end user hardware, printers, and conference room technology.
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with defined SLAs that meet business needs.
  • Evaluate and evolve workplace solution services with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Collaborate with Security, Service Desk, and Application teams to deliver IT projects.
  • Keep up to date on industry best practices and apply them to workplace solution services.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline services and technology.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while accomplishing deliverables on time.
  • Implement hardware and software standards as defined.
  • Ensure operating systems, drivers, and software comply with security standards.
  • Support conference room technology tools and Microsoft O365 suite including Teams.
  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for workplace technology issues.
  • Partner with Service Desk for technology onboarding/offboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant major.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting IT operations in a corporate environment.
  • Professional experience with hardware (Lenovo, Apple, Android, Windows) and Microsoft software (AD, Exchange, Windows OS/Server, Office Suite).
  • Experience with Microsoft O365 communication suite including Teams.
  • Knowledge of endpoint protection solutions and system imaging creation (SCCM/Munki).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-service focused with a sense of urgency for service delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Additional higher education and/or technical certifications.
  • Experience with Adobe Software (Reader, CS/Cloud Suite Applications).
  • Knowledge of networking services (wired and wireless) and VPN access.
