About the position
GWx touches the lives of every Vanguard employee every day. The Engagement Coordinator will provide support to the Engagement management team who works with internal clients each and every day.
Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains effective relationships, proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders
- Works with business leaders to understand requirements, communicates business strategies and objectives
- Supports Strategic Functions Enablement including Net Favorable Score campaign, capital project intake, new real estate entry/exit, enterprise programs and strategies, divisional summaries
- Supports Engagement Leads in internal and external presentations
- Participates in research to capture and summarize industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to present to leaders and team members virtually and/or in-person
- Strong familiarity with relevant computer programs including Microsoft Office suite and Teams data visualization a plus
- Data management and analytics proficiency
- Substantial research and organizational skills
- Ability to complete assignments independently
