About the position

The Worksite Wellness Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing wellness programs at various employer sites. This role involves planning and executing health screenings, coordinating with healthcare teams, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The manager will also develop marketing strategies to enhance worksite services and maintain accurate data entry for all events. The position requires strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with employees and employers, as well as the ability to manage a team and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and present employer proposals and conduct customer meetings to explain the screening process.
  • Collaborate with the Epic team to develop workflow processes for worksite registration and clinical data management.
  • Coordinate with hospital laboratories for blood draw labor and reporting.
  • Organize and train staff for health screenings, ensuring competency check-offs are performed.
  • Review laboratory results and communicate critical values to employees as per protocols.
  • Compile individual and aggregate reports for employers and employees.
  • Develop marketing plans to increase worksite services market share.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and financial data review for worksite services events.
  • Assist with annual budget planning, including capital expenses.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient delivery of worksite services.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate
  • Two years of healthcare experience required
  • Experience in organizing wellness/biometric events or activities
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Epic
  • DOT UDS Certification, DOT BAT Certification, NIOSH Certification, CAOHC Certification (achievable within 90 days of hire)
