The role is structured to accommodate the varying schedules of students, typically requiring between 10 to 20 hours of work per week. The office operates from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Thursday and 10 AM to 5 PM on Fridays, allowing for flexibility around student course schedules. In this role, the Office Support Clerk will be responsible for tasks such as data entry, word processing, and maintaining organized records. The position emphasizes the importance of effective communication, both written and oral, as the clerk will interact with students, faculty, and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, ensuring that daily work procedures are efficiently managed. Responsibilities
