About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at WORLDPAC is responsible for managing sales activities within a defined geographic territory, focusing on building strong relationships with existing commercial customers and developing new markets. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial customers.
  • Develop new commercial markets and manage regional sales activities.
  • Utilize advanced technology tools for customer management and sales development.
  • Conduct market analysis and create action plans for commercial accounts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to automotive repair professionals.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Field sales experience in the automotive parts industry is mandatory.
  • Current working knowledge of the automotive industry and aftermarket competitors.
  • Proficiency in technology tools for customer management.
  • Ability to close sales and overcome objections.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
