About the position

The Worldwide Account Manager for Regional International at FedEx is responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies for assigned accounts, focusing on international growth opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to leverage technology to create compelling business propositions. The manager will work closely with sales representatives to meet quarterly goals and manage key success factors.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with primary sales representatives to develop commercial strategies for international opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for international growth and execute appropriate sales strategies.
  • Utilize technical and quantitative tools to identify international opportunities.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication skills to learn the customer's business and leverage technology.
  • Understand the customer's decision-making and buying processes.
  • Manage and execute key success factors to meet quarterly goals.
  • Generate creative solutions based on customer needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Three (3) years of business-to-business sales experience required.
  • Ability to travel overnight as required.
  • Strong business acumen and project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics experience highly preferred.
  • International Selling experience preferred.
