About the position

The Worldwide Channel Sales & Operations (CSO) is seeking an AI Product Manager for Conversational Commerce to lead the development and implementation of AI/ML product strategies that enhance sales across channel platforms. This role focuses on creating innovative AI solutions that improve customer experiences and drive sales growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product vision with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the AI/ML product vision, strategy, and roadmap for conversational commerce solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and industry trends.
  • Translate business goals into technical requirements for AI architecture.
  • Design AI/ML-driven features and solutions for intelligent sales assistants.
  • Oversee the integration of machine learning models into existing sales platforms.
  • Architect scalable and secure AI/ML solutions for personalized shopping experiences.
  • Stay updated on AI/ML technologies and incorporate innovations into product offerings.
  • Build partnerships with external technology vendors and AI research institutions.
  • Work closely with sales leaders and partner teams to align on product requirements.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to partners and senior leadership.
  • Establish and monitor product success metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog for timely delivery of features.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years in AI/ML-focused product roles.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling AI/ML solutions, preferably in sales chatbot domains.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI/ML models, data pipelines, cloud technologies, and product architecture.
  • Experience with NLP, machine learning, deep learning frameworks, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in conversational commerce solutions with a deep understanding of AI's role in sales conversion.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree or PhD in AI/ML is a strong plus.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable AI/ML-driven solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with a focus on iterative product development.
