About the position

The Worldwide Logistics NPI Program Manager at Apple is responsible for managing logistics readiness and compliance for new product launches. Responsibilities

• Manage logistics readiness for new product launches.
• Collaborate with Packaging Engineers on packaging and palletization.
• Analyze and develop logistics optimized packaging characteristics.
• Coordinate OEM and regional logistics readiness for secure product launches.
• Communicate responsibilities during weekly readiness meetings.
• Evaluate operational risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and validate financial models for logistics costing.
• Publish and manage pallet build specifications for new products.
• Optimize supply chain processes for new products.
• Work with regional teams to resolve operational issues and gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Experience in logistics, packaging engineering, or product operations is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools.
