About the position

The Worldwide Specialist for GenAI within the 3P / ML Frameworks Go-To-Market Team at Amazon is responsible for integrating and launching successful sellers on Amazon's third-party marketplace. This role focuses on driving new business growth and maximizing revenue generation by supporting recently registered merchants. The Specialist will work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring merchants master the necessary tools and meet Amazon's product data quality standards. The position also involves developing cloud-based solutions for GenAI, collaborating with field teams and third-party model providers, and engaging with customers to understand their technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and launch successful sellers on Amazon's third-party marketplace.
• Provide timely and accurate support to recently registered merchants.
• Drive new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazon's products.
• Help merchants master the catalogue, pricing, and other tools.
• Work autonomously to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop cloud-based solutions to grow the GenAI business.
• Build an opportunity pipeline and understand technical requirements for proof-of-concepts (POC).
• Create content to train field teams and drive thought-leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Hands-on experience working with customer development projects.
• Ability to articulate the benefits of GenAI-related services to data scientists and C-Level executives.
