About the position

The Worship and Creative Arts Director at Liberty Church is responsible for leading worship services and developing creative elements for sermon series in collaboration with the Lead Pastor. This role is integral to fostering a vibrant worship environment and engaging the community in worship through music and creative arts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead Pastor to develop creative elements for sermon series.
• Create weekly worship sets using Planning Center.
• Integrate playback for worship services.
• Create and import songs from multi-tracks.
• Lead worship, vocalists, and musicians during services.
• Recruit and audition new volunteers to serve on the Worship Team.
