Responsibilities

• Provide wound care to patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
• Perform basic wound care procedures such as dressing changes and chemical debridement.
• Conduct minor procedures including sutures and central lines as needed.
• Manage an average of 18-20 patients per day.
• Participate in 52 hours of paid training to enhance skills and knowledge in wound care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

• Valid state license as a Nurse Practitioner.
• DEA Certification license.
• Minimum of 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Experience in wound care or skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) is preferred.
• Procedure experience within the last 2 years is required.
