About the position

Skilled Wound Care is seeking dedicated and passionate physicians to join their innovative mobile surgical practice focused on wound care. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a hands-on, procedure-oriented environment while maintaining a strong work-life balance. Physicians will have the flexibility to choose their own schedules, work 4-5 days a week, and focus on surgical procedures without the burden of administrative tasks. Training is provided for those who may not have completed a residency or are not board certified, ensuring all physicians can excel in wound care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional wound care and bedside procedures to patients in nursing homes.
• Choose and manage your own schedule with a focus on work-life balance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development in advanced wound care and surgical techniques.
• Engage in community work and provide care in various facilities across the nation.

Requirements

• Active Medical License is required.
• Minimum of two full weekdays availability; full-time Monday through Friday candidates will receive priority consideration.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in surgical procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
• Interest in wound care and a passion for patient care.
