Wound Care Provider (Hemet)

About the position

Omni Wound Physicians is seeking a Wound Care Provider to join their team in Hemet, CA. This role is designed for healthcare professionals such as Doctors of Medicine, Physician Assistants, or Nurse Practitioners who are looking for a balanced work-life experience with less stress and the freedom to work independently. The position involves managing chronic wounds and providing patient care with the support of a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Chronic wound management including evaluation, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, debridement of wounds, and application of appropriate dressings.
• Gastric feeding tube replacement services.
• Communication with the patient's primary care physician, nursing staff, patients, and family members.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant license required.
• Current and valid board License/Certification from designated accredited medical board.
• Wound care experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Surgical background preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with necessary computer skills.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to learn, teach, and manage others.
• Team player attitude.
