About the position

The Wound Care Representative position is a full-time role focused on combining sales and clinical care within the wound care sector. The representative will travel daily within assigned geographic areas to educate healthcare professionals about products and services, drive sales growth, and maintain relationships with referral sources in the medical community. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily within assigned geographic areas to meet with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct in-services to educate on products and services appropriate for patients.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in the medical community.
• Maintain accurate records on prospective and active accounts and patients.
• Collaborate with team members and referral sources, communicating professionally and accurately.

Requirements

• Valid RN License or equivalent (LPN/PT/PTA).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a wound care setting preferred.
• Willingness to become wound care certified (WCC certification).
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
