About the position
The Wraparound Facilitator position at IPMG is a full-time, hybrid role focused on supporting families with emotionally and behaviorally challenged children. The facilitator will work to develop wraparound teams, create personalized plans, and facilitate community-based meetings to ensure families have access to necessary services and supports. This position emphasizes work-life balance and offers opportunities for professional growth within a 100% employee-owned company.
Responsibilities
- Help families develop their wraparound team made up of caring professionals, friends, and family.
- Create a wraparound plan based on the strengths and needs of the family.
- Help families access services and supports they need to meet their goals.
- Facilitate regular community-based wraparound team meetings to review plan of care.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
- The ability to pass thorough background screens.
- A BA/BS degree and at least 24 months of experience in clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice, or education in a K-12 setting.
- Designated home office setting with computer, internet service, and smartphone.
