About the position

We are currently seeking a skilled Wrecker Operator to join our team. As a Wrecker Operator, you will be responsible for responding timely to emergency towing needs of our customers. This role is not just a job; it is a lifestyle dedicated to helping others in their time of need. The position requires being on call 24/7, providing a dynamic work environment with a focus on work-life balance between calls.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Invoice and collect for services, including obtaining purchase orders timely
• Monitor processes to ensure efficiency and quality control
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

• OKTIMS Wrecker Certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Wrecker Operator or in a similar role preferred
• Proficiency in using heavy equipment, hand tools and hydraulics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
