About the position

The Copywriter position at Ivanti is a key role within the content marketing team, responsible for managing copywriting and editing needs for the marketing department. The role emphasizes collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality, persuasive copy that aligns with the company's standards and messaging across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound requests for copywriting, assign them to the appropriate resources, manage deadlines and own final copy QA
• Collaborate and consult with campaign managers, internal SMEs and execution teams to align on messaging and copy requirements
• Deliver punchy, persuasive, fit-for-purpose copy across multiple delivery channels, including but not limited to email, social, paid media and web
• Serve as the primary liaison with our external copywriting agency
• Provide a full range of editing - from developmental edits to line editing to proofreading - for copy and content written by other Ivantians
• Support blog publishing in collaboration with SEO specialist and internal subject matter experts
• Uphold and continually refine Ivanti's writing standards and tone of voice across all written communication

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B copywriting role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong writing portfolio, including short-form campaign copy
• Outstanding attention to detail and project management
• Ability to synthesize feedback from a range of stakeholders to deliver the best possible copy for the job

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in IT, security or other closely related field
• Agency background, or similar work experience
• Experience collaborating with graphic designers and web producers to deliver integrated creative
