About the position

The Program Manager will lead the development and implementation of a project delivery framework for Apple's Next Generation AI/ML programs, focusing on enhancing customer experience and sales for channel partners. This role requires collaboration with various cross-functional teams and a strong understanding of operational processes within the CSO organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing geo-facing operations projects, ensuring effective communication and training, and providing leadership with insights on program progress and challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of a project delivery framework for CSO's Next Generation AI/ML programs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of CSO processes and operational understanding of CSO Programs.
  • Lead end-to-end engagement plans for Channel Next Generation AI/ML Programs, engaging cross-functionally with the CSO Product team, CSO Programs team, and Geo teams.
  • Manage all geo-facing operations projects, setting priorities with measurable objectives, and monitor and report on process, progress, and results.
  • Establish a scalable support model with geos, measuring program health through ticket volumes and feedback loops.
  • Lead the rollout strategy and co-develop RTM, partner, and POS expansion proposals with geo leads.
  • Partner closely with the Consumer Sales Enablement team on staff training and communications plans, delivering training sessions and driving staff engagement.
  • Ensure leadership and key partners have consistent access to and understanding of progress, roadblocks, and reporting against key turning points and goals.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 8+ years of experience leading end-to-end projects related to retail staffing, training, engagement, and/or digital solutions programs.
  • Mastery in partner engagement and communications across leadership and partner teams.
  • Experience in different modalities of training/engagement content delivery, including virtual, in-person, and digital.
  • Experience designing and bringing programs to market from strategies to requirements, sell-in, and execution.
  • Solid track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years of experience working in a geo highly preferred.
  • The highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
  • MS or equivalent experience preferred.
