Responsibilities

• Collaborate with worldwide educational leads across product marketing, sales, and advocacy teams.
• Support and engage in cross-functional work across all of Apple's professional learning offerings.
• Develop and maintain content on the Apple Education Community platform.
• Ensure the program is consistently updated with product and educational advancements.
• Identify and develop a strategic plan to amplify partnerships and standards alignments regionally and globally.
• Work in virtual, remote, and in-person settings as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in instructional design/technology, education, or a relevant equivalent.
• 5+ years in K-Higher education teaching, coaching, or leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience in instructional or learning experience design (LXD) focused on K-12 or Higher Education.
• Proficiency in using Apple hardware and software for productivity and instructional design.

Nice-to-haves

• Deep knowledge of instructional design models and assessment methods.
• Ability to plan and lead team sessions with stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintain work streams across global teams.
• Ability to quickly use and incorporate new software and technologies.
• Superb writing and copy editing skills.
