Responsibilities

• Develop the EBC briefing center content information library, utilizing technology and tools for content management.
• Establish roles and responsibilities for content creation, approval, publishing, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, product teams, and leadership to ensure content meets organizational goals.
• Partner with product and business process reengineering teams to represent briefing program needs across tools and systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in sales, sales enablement, or communications.
• Exceptional customer-facing and external content development experience.
• Worldwide/global program management experience.
• Comfortable using AI-powered technology for content creation and management.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Demonstrated strategic capabilities and leadership skills.
• Ability to synthesize data for fact-based decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
