About the position

HP Inc. Global Marketing is seeking a Privacy Risk Analyst to develop and maintain privacy policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across global marketing. This role involves collaboration with various teams to support privacy needs and respond to the evolving privacy landscape, making the analyst a key participant in establishing a Data Privacy Risk function within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop and manage a privacy resource center within Global Marketing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all business sectors to ensure data protection and privacy compliance
  • Conduct periodic information privacy risk assessments and manage mitigation efforts
  • Provide support on privacy and data security topics for effective campaign activation
  • Instill a cultural focus on continuous improvement regarding privacy and data protection
  • Monitor, track, and report on privacy and data protection program progress
  • Identify, track, mitigate, and resolve privacy risk issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 7-10 years of work experience in social marketing, content marketing, data-led planning, or related field
  • Previous experience in an Enterprise Data Privacy environment
  • Foundational knowledge of key privacy regulations: GDPR, CCPA
  • Strong risk management orientation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data privacy use cases
