About the position

The Inventory Operations Program Manager at Apple will lead retail inventory projects, develop inventory processes, and manage communication platforms to support regional readiness activities for new product launches. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to optimize inventory management processes and ensure effective execution of retail fulfillment projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail inventory projects and develop inventory processes.
• Manage a communication platform for store operations with over 10,000 users.
• Support regional readiness activities for new product launches.
• Coordinate project activities across partner teams and provide regular status updates to Senior Leadership.
• Work with cross-functional partners to define and optimize launch execution deliverables.
• Develop management systems to improve inventory management KPIs and drive inventory availability in stores.
• Support omnichannel fulfillment programs by providing subject matter expertise on inventory processes.
• Write and edit standard operating practice articles and manage partner team submissions.

Requirements

• 5 years of Program/Project/Product Management experience in Supply Chain.
• Proven track record of driving process or system improvements.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to influence diverse partners.
