About the position

The Worldwide Salesforce Business Analyst and Admin at Apple plays a crucial role in implementing strategies and processes that enhance sales operations and customer experience. This position focuses on delivering key initiatives that support a cohesive sales solution strategy, leveraging technical capabilities and transforming business processes to adapt to evolving sales motions and complexities.

Responsibilities

• Understand the strategy and changing needs of the business through workshop facilitation and roadmap development.
• Recommend and develop solutions that connect the bigger picture with detailed execution.
• Propose scalable solutions that go beyond initial requests from business partners.
• Set measurable success criteria and track results against these criteria.
• Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects.
• Support key business processes related to the Partner Portal application, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Manage the Salesforce application, defining and configuring enhancements that bridge the gap between Salesforce functionalities and business processes.
• Design and implement reports, dashboards, and alerts to deliver business insights.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users, including writing scripts and securing sign-offs.
• Prepare the business for change and adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an analyst, admin, and/or architect leading Salesforce implementations or multi-country digital transformation projects for Partner Portal.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Platform functionality and Partner Portal, including configuration, customization, and integrations with external systems.
• Experience in SDLC project management and analysis, including scoping, documenting use cases, and change management.
• Experience working on multi-release projects following Agile methodology.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least one Salesforce certification required.

Nice-to-haves

• One or more additional Salesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Certified Data Architect.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Channel and Partner Portal sales.
